Your plan keeps your daily shot arriving automatically, so you never run out. The 30-Day plan delivers one box every 4 weeks. The 90-Day plan delivers three boxes every 12 weeks. One shot a day, one less thing to think about. You stay in full control and can manage everything yourself in your account at any time.
How do I manage my subscription?
You are in full control. Log in to your account on our homepage, and you can pause, skip a delivery, change your plan, update your details, or cancel at any time. If you ever need a hand, message us. We are here for any question.
When does my billing start?
During the pre-sale, you are charged when you place your order. Your subscription itself does not start until your first order ships. From that point, you are billed on your plan's cycle: every 4 weeks on the 30-Day plan, or every 12 weeks on the 90-Day plan.
How do I pause my subscription?
You can pause it yourself anytime. Log in to your account on our homepage and pause your subscription there. If you would rather we do it, message us and we will take care of it.
How do I skip a delivery?
Log in to your account on our homepage and skip your next delivery there. Your plan then picks up again after that. If you need help, just message us.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can switch between the 30-Day and 90-Day plan yourself. Log in to your account on our homepage and change your plan there. If you would like help, message us anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime, right from your account. Log in on our homepage and cancel there. If you cancel before your order ships, you receive a full refund. Prefer that we handle it? Message us and we will take care of it.
Will my price ever change?
No. Your pre-sale price is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active.
