Can I cancel my order for a refund?
Yes. You can cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund. Just message us and we will take care of it.

How does the money-back guarantee work?
Both subscription plans come with a money-back guarantee. The 30-Day plan is covered for 30 days, and the 90-Day plan for 90 days, from the day you receive your order. If you are not satisfied, message us within that time and we will help with a refund.

Can I get a refund after my order has shipped?
Before your order ships, you can cancel for a full refund. After it ships, your subscription is covered by our money-back guarantee: 30 days on the 30-Day plan, or 90 days on the 90-Day plan, from the day you receive it. One-time orders do not include a satisfaction guarantee, but if anything is wrong, message us and we will help.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Message us with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you.

My order is incomplete or items are missing.
Message us with your order number and we will sort it out for you.

My order has not arrived.
If your order has shipped and has not arrived, message us and we will track it down.

How do I start a return or refund?

How long do refunds take?
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
