Shipping is free on all subscription plans. A flat shipping fee applies to one-time orders, shown at checkout.
Will I get tracking for my order?
Yes. We will email you when your order is on its way, with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Do the shots need to be kept cold during shipping?
No. Your shots are stable at room temperature and do not need refrigeration, so they travel well. Once they arrive, keep them out of direct sunlight and do not freeze them.
How do I change my delivery address?
Message us with your new address before your order ships and we will update it for you.
When will my repeat orders arrive?
Your plan keeps your shots coming automatically. After your first order, your next delivery is sent on your plan's cycle: every 4 weeks on the 30-Day plan, or every 12 weeks on the 90-Day plan.
